摘要
卓越绩效模式是建立在大质量概念上的质量管理体系,是基于质量管理体系的评价方法,也是企业发展过程中的重要命题。本文以中国核动力研究设计院的卓越绩效模式的实施为案例,系统梳理了实现卓越绩效的关键内容、导入方法、实施路径和评价手段。通过借鉴先进制造业的成功实施方法论,探讨将其应用于轻工制造领域,能够为轻工行业制造企业的转型发展提供经验和参考。
The excellence performance mode is a quality management system based on the high quality concept, which is an evaluation method based on the quality management system;and it is an important proposition in the process of enterprise development. This study analyzed the effectiveness of implementation of the performance excellence model in Nuclear Power Institute of China, and then summarized the key contents, import methods, implementation paths and evaluation methods for achieving performance excellence. Finally, according to those systematical findings, we discussed how to apply this method on light industry manufacturing companies, which is differed to those belong to advanced manufacturing. We also anticipated that successful implementation methodology on Nuclear Power Institute of China would provide experience and reference for the transformation and development of light industry manufacturers.
