摘要 目的概述常见天然高分子作为微胶囊壁材的研究进展,为后续研发提供有益参考。方法查阅整理国内外相关文献,介绍多糖、蛋白质、脂质等天然高分子壁材的理化性质、微胶囊的制备方法及其应用研究,并对其未来的发展趋势提出一些展望。结果虽然天然高分子微胶囊壁材在生物安全性和可再生性方面具有无可比拟的优势,但也面临一些应用和理论问题亟待解决。单一的天然高分子壁材的应用效果通常难以满足应用要求,多种天然(改性)壁材的复合应用逐渐成为趋势。结论天然高分子材料作为微胶囊壁材,符合当代绿色可持续发展理念,具有广阔的发展前景。结合特定的囊芯,选择单一或复配的天然(改性)高分子为壁材,制备适合给定终端应用性能且使用安全的微胶囊在未来还有很大的发展空间。 The advances of common natural polymer as wall material of microcapsules are introduced to provide useful enlightenment for the follow-up research and development.In this paper,the physical and chemical properties of natural polymer materials including polysaccharides,proteins and lipids,the preparation methods of microcapsules and their applications are summarized,and some prospects for future development are put forward.Natural polymer microcapsule wall materials have incomparable advantages in biosafety and renewability,but also face some application and theoretical problems to be solved.The use of a single natural polymer wall material is usually difficult to meet the application requirements,a combined application of a variety of natural and/or modified wall materials has gradually become a trend.In short,natural polymer is in line with the concept of green and sustainable development,which has a broad and bright future in microcapsule wall materials.According to a specific capsule core,the rational selection of a single or compound of natural(modified)polymer as wall materials,which aims to prepare microcapsules suitable for given terminal application performance and safe in use,still has huge development space in the future.
