摘要
目的寻求建立EPE和蜂窝纸板串联组合本构模型的方法,为其他串联组合衬垫本构模型的建立提供参考依据。方法通过静态压缩试验得到EPE的应力-应变曲线和蜂窝纸板的应力-应变曲线,利用三次Bezier曲线分别拟合其试验曲线,根据拟合曲线求EPE和蜂窝纸板串联组合的应力-应变曲线。结果EPE和蜂窝纸板的拟合曲线与其各自的试验曲线有很好的吻合度,用同样的方法拟合得到的串联组合的应力-应变曲线与基于其各自的本构模型计算得到的串联组合的应力-应变曲线亦很好地吻合。结论利用文中方法得到串联组合本构模型是可行的,为缓冲包装设计提供了参考依据。
The work aims to seek the method of establishing the constitutive model of EPE and honeycomb paperboard series connection,which can provide reference for establishing the constitutive model of other series connection.The stress-strain curve of EPE and the stress-strain curve of honeycomb paperboard were obtained by static compression tests.Three cubed Bezier curve was used to fit the experimental curves.And according to the fitting curve,the stress-strain curve of EPE and honeycomb paperboard series connection was obtained.The fitting curves of EPE and honeycomb paperboard were in good agreement with their respective test curves.The stress-strain curve of series connection obtained in the same way and the stress-strain curve of series connection calculated based on their constitutive models also had good consistency.The results show that it is feasible to obtain constitutive model of the series connection by the method,which provides a reference basis for cushion packaging design.
