摘要 目的针对塑料膨胀管人工包装存在的生产效率低、数量易出错等问题,提出一种基于可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)和气压控制技术的塑料膨胀管自动包装设备。方法根据开发功能需要,提出膨胀管自动供应、塑料膜自动供应、包装袋热封口切断、包装袋拉伸和包装袋排气等方案。根据生产过程原理,进行电气原理图和控制软件主要部分的设计。通过HMI进行参数设置,适用于不同包装规格。结果相对人工操作,生产效率提升了4倍,数量准确,人员劳动强度小,包装后占用空间小。结论该设备在生产效率、劳动强度、数量准确度等方面较人工方式具有明显优势,在小塑料件包装方面应用前景广阔。 Aiming at the problems of low production efficiency and error-prone quantity of plastic expansion tube manual packaging,this paper proposes a plastic expansion tube automatic packaging device based on programmable logic controller(PLC)and air pressure control technology.According to the needs of the development function,it proposes the automatic supply plan of the expansion tube,the automatic supply plan of the plastic film,the heat sealing and cutting plan of the packaging bag,the drawing plan of the packaging bag,and the air bag squeezing plan.According to the principle of the production process,it realizes the design of the electrical schematic diagram and the main part of the control software.It’s suitable for different packaging specifications through HMI parameter setting.Compared with manual operation,the production efficiency is increased by 4 times,the quantity is accurate,the labor intensity of personnel is small,and the space taken up after packaging is small.Practice shows that this equipment has obvious advantages over manual methods in terms of production efficiency,labor intensity,and quantity accuracy,and has broad application prospects in small plastic packaging.
