大数据背景下政府主导型互联网医院运营模式研究——基于贵阳市的实践

Research on the Government-dominated Internet Hospital Operation Mode Under the Background of Big Data——Based on the Practice of Guiyang City

当前,我国互联网医院的发展迎来政策机遇期,但运营模式尚不成熟,以非政府主导型为主,存在信息壁垒、监管缺位、数据安全保障不足等问题。贵阳市作为国家首个大数据综合试验区核心区,坚持以大数据为引领,建设互联网医院平台,探索了政府主导型互联网医院运营的有效模式。基于此,提出大数据背景下提升互联网医院运营效率的建议:坚持打造互联网新型医联体,促进医疗资源综合利用;构建“政府+医疗机构+第三方机构”运营模式,提高互联网医院运营效率;大力推动数据共享,提升互联网医院的大数据治理能力。

At present,the development of Internet hospitals in China has ushered in a period of policy opportunities,but the operation mode is not yet mature and there are problems such as mainly non-government-dominated,information barriers,lack of supervision,and insufficient data security guarantees.As the core area of the country's first big data comprehensive experimental area,Guiyang insists on building an Internet hospital platform under the guidance of big data and explores an effective mode of government-dominated Internet hospital operation.Based on this,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the operation efficiency of Internet hospitals under the background of big data:persist in building a new type of Internet medical alliances to promote the comprehensive utilization of medical resources,construct the operation mode of"government+medical institutions+third-party institutions"to improve the operation efficiency of Internet hospitals,vigorously promote data sharing to enhance the governance ability of big data in Internet hospitals.
