摘要
近年来,"共享经济"的概念迅速普及,共享汽车也随之悄然进入了人们的视野。共享汽车的出现为人们的生活带来了方便快捷,但在运营中也出现了诸多问题。本文研究共享汽车的用户满意度,通过构建用户满意度测评指标体系,对用户进行问卷调查,对所得数据进行分析并得到相应的结论。
In recent years,with the rapid popularization of the concept of"sharing economy",car sharing has emerged and developed rapidly.Car Sharing makes people's life more convenient and fast,but there are also many problems in the operation.This paper studied the user satisfaction of car sharing.Through building the user satisfaction evaluation index system,the article conducts a questionnaire survey on users,and then analyzed the data obtained and drawn the corresponding conclusions.
