摘要
汽车试验场用于模拟汽车在正常行驶过程中所遇到的各种道路情况,其中综合耐久路用于验证汽车及其零部件的可靠性,即在规定时间和规定条件下完成规定功能的能力,从而暴露出汽车及其零部件在前期设计、制造、使用及维修等方面的问题,提出改进方案,从而使汽车及其零部件的可靠性不断提高。而试验过程中,一些不确定性因素可能会导致危险情况的发生,如道路特征路面组合设计、汽车试验工况不一及汽车产品质量等;因此,试验场管理人员需做好道路试验风险因素的分析以及相应防护措施的研究。本文从汽车试验场综合耐久路中存在的试验风险进行分析,对各类风险进行判别分类,并建立相应的防护设施。
Automotive proving ground is for simulation all sorts of road conditions in the process of moving.Durable road is used to verify the reliability of the automobile and parts,namely the conditions prescribed by the rules of time and ability to complete the required function,exposing the automobile and parts in the early stage of the design,manufacture,use and maintenance problems,and putting forward the improvement plan,so as to increase the reliability of the automobile and parts.In the test process,some uncertain factors may lead to the occurrence of dangerous situations,such as road characteristics and pavement combination design,automobile test conditions and automobile product quality,etc.Therefore,managers should analyze the risk factors of road tests and study the corresponding protective measures.This paper analyzes the test risks existing in the comprehensive durable road of automotive proving ground,classifi es and distinguishes all kinds of risks,and establishes the corresponding protective facilities.
