摘要
教师队伍的建设是专业群建设的重要内容,开展模块化教学、建设结构化教师教学团队是当前高职教师队伍建设的研究方向。本文结合我院"双高"智能制造专业群建设情况,分析了模块化课程体系构建、结构化教师团队组建与运行等内容。
The construction of the teaching team is an important part of the construction of professional groups.The development of modular teaching and the construction of a structured teacher teaching team are the current research directions for the construction of higher vocational teachers.This article combines the construction of the"double high"intelligent manufacturing professional group in our college,and analyzes the construction of a modular curriculum system,and the formation and operation of a structured teacher team.
