摘要
在整车数据布置集成领域,转向系统集成数据生成的普遍现状,首先根据整车载荷情况选定转向模块,然后根据整车布置硬点进行转向系统数据布置,通常是由在三维软件中对数据进行手动拆分、约束,一方面工作效率低,另一方面手动约束容易出错,影响数据准确性。本文通过对转向系统(以C-EPS为例)运动规律、转向模块划分、转向约束规律等进行研究,通过Catia 知识工程模块,建立转向系统集成数据自动化模型,根据转向模块选项及整车硬点,快速自动生成系统集成数据,提高工作效率、数据准确性。
In the fi eld of vehicle data layout integration,the general status of steering system integration data generation fi rst selects the steering module according to the vehicle load situation,and then arranges the steering system data according to the hard points of the vehicle layout,usually by the three-dimensional software.Manually splitting and constraining data,on the one hand,is ineffi cient,and on the other hand,manual constraints are prone to errors and aff ect data accuracy.This paper studies the motion law,steering module division,and steering constraint law of the steering system(take C-EPS as an example).Through the Catia knowledge engineering module,the integrated data automation model of the steering system is established,based on the steering module options and the hard points of the whole vehicle,so as to quickly and automatically generate system integration data to improve work effi ciency and data accuracy.
