摘要
针对北斗全球卫星导航系统提供高连续性和高稳定性服务的特点,提出了导航卫星健康管理指标体系构建方法,从卫星服务性能及在轨安全稳定运行方面分析影响任务成败的关键因素,转化为故障检测、隔离、预测与评估的需求,再根据需求构建健康管理指标体系,采用参数权衡法,对已构建的指标体系进行定量计算,给出具体的指标要求,作为卫星设计研制的依据。经过地面仿真计算及在轨性能评估验证,结果表明:导航卫星各分系统单机按照指标要求开展设计研制,能够满足空间信号连续性、可用性等系统指标要求,可为星载健康管理指标设计提供参考。
According to the high continuity and high stability characteristics of Beidou global satellite navigation system,this paper puts forward the construction method of health management evaluation index system of navigation satellite.From the aspects of satellite service performance and on-orbit safe and stable operation,the key factors affecting mission success or failure are analyzed,which are transformed into the requirements of fault detection,isolation,prediction and evaluation.Then the index system is constructed based on the requirements.By using the parameter trade-off method,the quantitative analysis and calculation of onboard health management system indicators are carried out,as a satellite design and development basis.Through the ground simulation calculation and on-orbit performance evaluation,the results show that the navigation satellite are developed according to the index requirements,which can meet the requirements of system space signal continuity and usability index.It can provide reference for the design of service-oriented onboard health management index.
