摘要 随着遥感卫星信息获取能力的快速提升,传统卫星操控模式已无法满足用户快速、准确、灵活的遥感数据获取和信息产品生产需求,亟需发展智能操控技术来降低卫星操控难度和复杂度,有效提升卫星的应用效能。文章论述了遥感卫星智能操控技术的发展现状,分析了智能星地操控的关键技术,提出基于“智能卫星+一体化地面系统+智能操控平台”架构的天地一体化智能星地操控模式,从任务指控、任务进程监控、任务结果处理与多维度呈现、在轨维护以及在轨健康监测与处置等5个维度优化星地操控接口和操控流程,改善人机交互效果,可为遥感卫星操控模式设计和系统实现提供参考。 With the rapid improvement of remote sensing satellite information acquisition ability,the traditional satellite manipulation mode has been unable to meet the needs of users of fast,accurate and flexible remote sensing data acquisition and information production.It is urgent to develop intelligent manipulation technology to reduce the difficulty and complexity of satellite manipulation and effectively improve the application efficiency of satellite.This paper discusses the development status of intelligent manipulation technology of remote sensing satellite,the key technologies of intelligent satellite-ground manipulation are analyzed,and a space-ground integrated and intelligent satellite-ground manipulation scheme for satellite based on the architecture of“Intelligent Satellites+Integrated Ground System+Intelligent Manipulation Platform”is proposed.The interface and process of satellite-ground manipulation are optimized from five dimensions:task command and control,task process monitoring,task result processing and multidimensional presentation,on-orbit maintenance and on-orbit health monitoring and disposal,and the effect of human-computer interaction is improved.This paper can provide an important reference for the manipulation mode design and system implantation of remote sensing satellite.
