中国城市文明的历史基因及新时代重塑

Some Thoughts on Remolding Chinese Urban Civilization in the New Era Based on the Review of Millennium History

在漫长的历史长河中,中国城市不仅仅是作为乡土文明、工业文明的组成部分而出现,它自身也有着相对独立的文明体系。在大历史的视角下,回溯千年来中国城市的辉煌段落,尝试性地探究了其背后的中国城市文明独特性,认为千年乡土中国有着完全不同于西方的城市文明基因,包括“城乡一体”“多元共治”“城与镇殊途同归”“以礼营城、以利造市”等,同时百年工业化又给中国城市注入了属于“生产主义”的元素和基因。展望新时代的中国城市文明构建,需要在传承文明基因、呼应时代要求和科技趋势的基础上,重点思考“城乡共同体意识”“全要素价值视角”“人本主义观念”“共治共享模式”“城市晶质引领”等内容。

In the long history,Chinese cities has a relatively independent civiliration system except a part of earthbound civilization and indrstrial civilization.This paper reviews the millennial history of Chinese cities and explores the uniquenes of Chinese urban civilization.It is found that the millennial China has a completely different urbancivilization gene from the west,including"integration of urban andrural areas","multiple co governance","different approaches of city andtown","buildhing a city with rituals,making a city with benefits",etc.At the same timc,a century of industrialization has injected elements of"productivisn"into Chinese cities.The paper hods that the remodelingof urban civilization in the new era should focus on the contents of"concept of integration of urban and rural areas""value transformationof all space elements""humanism concept""urban co governance andsharing""city quality leading",etc.
