基于哈耶克自由理论视角的城市竖向形态规划探析

Analysis of Urban Vertical Form Planning from the Perspective of Hayek's Theory of Freedom

城市竖向形态对城市空间及景观的塑造具有非常重要的意义,但实践证明规划师和建筑师在城市建筑高度控制及天际线规划中的作用极其有限,哈耶克自由理论提供了解释这一现象的视角。基于这些认识,为了塑造良好的城市景观环境,探索性地提出了变革传统单纯基于物质空间设计的建议:第一,树立全新的规划设计理念;第二,构建新的规划设计工作框架;第三,科学认识并有序引导城市的自发秩序。同时,指出了当前需要解决的主要问题。

Urban vertical form is of great significance to the shaping of urban space and landscape,but practice has proved that planners and architects play a very limited role in urban building height control and skyline planning.Hayek's freedom theory provides a peaspective to explain this phenamenan,Based on these understandings,in order to create a good urban landscape environnent,this paper puts forward some suggestions to change the traditional design based on physical space:Fitst,establish a new concept of planning and design;Second,build a new framework of planning and designwork;Third scientifically understand and orderly gutide the spontaneous order of the city.At the sarne tirmne,the main problems to be solved are pointed out.
