宫腔镜子宫内膜部分切除术治疗异常子宫出血的效果观察

Effect of hysteroscopic partial hysterectomy on abnormal uterine bleeding

目的分析宫腔镜子宫内膜部分切除术治疗异常子宫出血(AUB)的效果。方法 80例AUB患者,随机分为对照组和研究组,各40例。研究组采用宫腔镜子宫内膜部分切除术治疗,对照组采用口服炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗。对比两组患者临床疗效、月经恢复情况及不良事件发生率。结果研究组总有效率95.00%明显高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组月经量(92.34±2.56)ml、月经周期(29.63±7.11)d、月经天数(4.58±1.02)d及子宫内膜厚度(6.01±0.22)mm均优于对照组的(96.38±2.84)ml、(25.14±5.22)d、(7.63±3.28)d、(8.59±0.36)mm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫腔镜子宫内膜部分切除术用于治疗AUB的效果理想,可有效促进月经恢复,且安全性高,临床可进一步推广运用。

Objective To analyze the effect of hysteroscopic partial hysterectomy on abnormal uterine bleeding(AUB).Methods A total of 80 AUB patients were randomly divided into control group and research group,with 40 cases in each group.The research group was treated with hysteroscopic partial hysterectomy,and the control group was treated with oral ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablets.The clinical efficacy,menstrual recovery status and occurrence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 95.00%of the research group was obviously higher than 75.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The menstrual volume(92.34±2.56)ml,menstrual cycle(29.63±7.11)d,menstrual days(4.58±1.02)d,and endometrial thickness(6.01±0.22)mm of the research group were better than(96.38±2.84)ml,(25.14±5.22)d,(7.63±3.28)d and(8.59±0.36)mm of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events of the research group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopic partial hysterectomy has ideal effect on the treatment of AUB,and it can effectively promote menstrual recovery with high safety,which can be further popularized and applied in clinic.
