无痛分娩技术在产科临床应用中的效果分析

Analysis of the effect of painless delivery technique in clinical application of obstetrics

目的探讨无痛分娩技术在产科临床应用中的效果。方法 120例产妇,按照随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组,各60例。对照组施以常规的分娩干预处理,试验组施以无痛分娩技术处理。比较两组产后2 h失血量、产时总失血量、产程时间、分娩方式、产后出血、新生儿窒息情况。结果试验组产后2 h失血量(132.65±23.21)ml、产时总失血量(198.47±32.47)ml少于对照组的(173.12±25.59)、(243.51±35.74)ml,产程时间(3.31±1.52)h短于对照组的(6.81±1.62)h,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组剖宫产率3.33%、产后出血发生率3.33%、新生儿窒息率0低于对照组的23.33%、20.00%、11.67%,阴道分娩率96.67%高于对照组的76.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无痛分娩技术在产科临床中的应用具有显著效果。

Objective To discuss the effect of painless delivery technique in clinical application of obstetrics.Methods A total of 120 parturients were divided in test group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine delivery intervention,and the experimental group was treated with painless delivery technique.The postpartum 2 h blood loss,total blood loss during labor,labor time,mode of delivery,occurrence of postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal asphyxia rate were compared between the two groups.Results The postpartum 2 h blood loss(132.65±23.21)ml and total blood loss during labor(198.47±32.47)ml of the test group were less than(173.12±25.59)and(243.51±35.74)ml of the control group,and the labor time(3.31±1.52)h was shorter than(6.81±1.62)h of the control group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The cesarean section rate 3.33%,incidence of postpartum hemorrhage 3.33%and neonatal asphyxia rate 0 of the test group were lower than 23.33%,20.00%and 11.67%of the control group,and the vaginal delivery rate 96.67%was higher than 76.67%of the control group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of painless delivery technique has remarkable effect in clinical application of obstetrics.
