商用车气压电子驻车系统坡道辅助控制方法 被引量:2

摘要 商用车气压电子驻车系统是用来替代传统机械式手刹的电子设备,可提升驾驶体验与行车安全性,是实现车辆制动智能化的核心装置。针对气压电子驻车系统坡道辅助功能进行研究,首先,针对气压电子驻车系统进行理论建模,并基于该模型设计商用车坡道辅助快速起步控制策略与控制方法;然后,构建基于IPG/TruckMaker-MATLAB的商用车电控气压驻车制动系统控制方法联合仿真平台。仿真验证了商用车电子驻车系统坡道辅助起步控制策略,并对基于逻辑门限的坡道辅助快速起步控制的逻辑门限值、占空比和频率等控制参数进行了仿真优化,验证了控制方法的有效性和实用性,可为商用车气压电子驻车制动控制系统的开发提供理论与实践参考。 Electronic air parking system is used to replace the traditional mechanical hand parking equipment in commercial vehicle,can enhance the driving experience and driving safety,is the core device to realize the intelligent vehicle braking.The hill start assistance function of the electronic air parking system is studied,first of all,the theoretical modeling of the electronic air parking system is carried out,and the control strategy and control method of the commercial vehicle hill start assistance is designed based on the model,and then the commercial vehicle control co-simulation platform is constructed based on IPG/TruckMaker-MATLAB,which is used to verify the hill start assistance control strategy of electronic air parking system,and the control parameters such as the logic threshold,PWM duty and frequency are optimized by simulation,and the effectiveness of the control method is verified,which can provide theoretical and practical reference for the development of electronic air parking brake system for commercial vehicles.
