双款移液器吸头自动筛选摆放设备的上料机构设计与制作

Design and Manufacture of Feeding Mechanism for Automatic Screening and Placing Equipment of Double Pipette Suction Head

双款移液器吸头自动筛选摆放设备的上料机构(振动盘)可对10μL与200μL的移液器吸头筛选、整列定向与上料。设备采用单振动盘双轨道方案,根据吸头形状特征与尺寸参数,完成了其工艺参数计算与料斗的结构设计。经过装配和调试,使用效果达到了该设备的上料要求。

The feeding mechanism(vibrating plate)of the two types of pipette suction head automatic screening and placing equipment can screen,orient and feed 10μL and 200μL pipette suction heads.According to the shape characteristics and size parameters of the suction head,the process parameters calculation and hopper structure design are completed.After assembly and debugging,the use effect has reached the feeding requirements of the equipment.
