自行车立式停放装置的设计

摘要 为了有效解决自行车停放难题,设计研究出自行车立式停放装置。阐述自行车停放装置的结构及工作过程,采用拉簧助力、卡位器中联动锁止机构和采用楔形滑块与可变杠杆结构,实现了夹紧自行车前轮与提升自行车联动和下放自行车与释放自行车前轮联动。为了防止卡位器上弹伤人,设计了压舌式保险机构,同时使压舌和两卡夹形成三点以锁住车轮,防止车轮晃动,提高了装置的安全性。实际测试和应用显示,该装置操作简单且安全省力。 In order to effectively solve the problem of bicycle parking,a bicycle vertical parking device was designed and studied.The structure and working process of the bicycle vertical parking device are described.The device is assisted by the tension spring,and the linkage locking mechanism of the key parts in the clamping device adopts wedge-shaped slider and variable lever structure,which realize the linkage between clamping the front wheel of the bicycle and lifting the bicycle,and the linkage between lowering the vehicle and releasing the front wheel of the bicycle;In order to prevent people from being hurt by the spring on the clamping device,a tongue pressing safety mechanism is designed.At the same time,the tongue pressing and two clamps form three points to lock the wheel,so as to prevent the wheel from shaking and improve the safety of the device.Through the actual test and application,the device is easy to operate,safe and labor-saving.
