摘要 塔式起重机是现代工业的重要设备,对其进行有效的仿真设计具有重要意义。Automation Studio(AS)软件是机电一体化综合仿真平台,由液压模块、气动模块、机械模块、可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)模块、比例伺服模块、电机拖动模块与电气控制模块等标准模块构成,具有回路设计、系统分析和动态仿真等功能。因此,对塔式起重机进行了基于AS的建模与仿真。首先,利用SolidWorks建模软件建立塔式起重机主要零部件的三维模型;其次,将建好的塔机零部件模型传入AS软件进行装配和关联;最后,利用AS软件实现控制塔式起重机的运动过程。控制系统平台采用AS软件平台编程实现,完成了塔机的过程控制系统硬件的结构设计。AS软件一定程度上克服了传统塔式起重机控制系统电能浪费大、效率低等缺点,能很好地完成塔式起重机的三维动画仿真,且运行控制的主要参数均可控,具有较大的灵活性。 Tower crane is an important mechanical equipment in modern industrial production,which plays a positive role in promoting national economic construction.Automation Studio(AS)is a software with design and dynamic simulation functions,which is composed of hydraulic,pneumatic,mechanical,PLC,proportional servo,motor drive and electrical control modules,and has the functions of loop design,system analysis and dynamic simulation.In this paper,the building fixed tower crane is modeled and simulated based on AS.Firstly,three-dimensional modeling of tower crane parts is carried out by Solidworks software.Then transfer the tower crane part model to AS for assembly and association;Finally,the process control of tower crane is realized by AS software,and the control system platform is programmed by AS software platform,and the hardware structure of the process control system of tower crane is designed.PLC control of AS software breaks the shortcomings of traditional relay control system of tower crane,such as poor reliability,complex operation,high failure rate,large waste of electric energy and low efficiency.It can complete the 3D animation simulation of tower crane well,and the main parameters of operation control,such as rotating speed and angular displacement,are controllable and have great flexibility.
