环网柜智能降温除湿技术研究及应用

Research and Application of Intelligent Cooling and Dehumidification Technology for Ring Main Unit

针对环网柜因温度过高、湿度过大和经常发生凝露现象等频繁发生严重火灾和停电事故的情况,开发研制了一种环网柜专用降温除湿装置。该装置由风机、空调器和除湿器等设备组成,能够在降低温度的同时有效去除环网柜中的潮气,消除凝露现象。用户使用后反映良好。现场的对比测试结果表明,设计的环网柜专用降温除湿装置可使温度下降幅度达到了40%,湿度下降幅度达到了58%,降温除湿效果显著,对供电部门提高环网柜运行安全可靠性,尤其是对安全防范环网柜火灾,具有十分重要的意义。

In view of the frequent occurrence of serious fire and power failure due to high temperature,high humidity and frequent condensation of ring main unit,a special cooling and dehumidification device for ring main unit is developed in this paper.The device is composed of fan,air conditioner and dehumidifier,which can effectively remove moisture in the ring main unit while reducing the temperature,and eliminate condensation phenomenon.The user has a good response after use.The field test results show that the temperature and humidity decrease by 40% and 58% respectively,and the cooling and dehumidification effect is remarkable.This technology is of great significance for the power supply department to improve the operation safety and reliability of the ring main unit,especially for the fire prevention of the ring main unit.
