铁路线上的大量的废旧水泥轨枕闲置堆放,不仅占用了大量的土地资源造成资源的浪费,而且难以处理造成额外的环境负担,使得废旧铁路水泥轨枕资源循环再利用已迫在眉睫。因此,对铁路废旧水泥轨枕破碎处置装置开展深入研究,设计了一种组合可移动式铁路废旧轨枕智能化收集破碎处置一体化装备。该装置可有效解决废旧水泥轨枕的处置难题,其关键技术处于国内领先水平,工艺可靠,具有良好的市场价值和推广应用前景。

A large number of waste cement sleepers on the railway are piled up idle,which not only occupies a large amount of land resources leading to the waste of resources,but also causes additional environmental burden due to the difficulty of processing.Recycling of waste railway cement sleepers is imminent.In this paper,the waste concrete sleeper rail disposal device to carry out in-depth study,we design a combination of mobile equipment to collect waste sleeper railway intelligent integration,the device can effectively solve the disposal of waste concrete sleeper problem,the key technology in the domestic leading level,technology and reliable,has good practical value and application prospect in the market.
