重型发动机台架异常振动分析与改善

摘要 台架试验是发动机研发过程的重要环节之一。异常振动会直接影响台架试验的开展。某重型发动机台架测试不同的发动机均出现振动超标和产生异常振动的现象。为了查找异常振动产生的原因,建立了异常振动故障树,将台架系统分为3部分,分析每一部分的振动。通过更换减振块和连接轴等方式实施减振优化,最终将振动控制在可接受范围内,改善了该台架的异常振动情况。 Bench test is one of the important links in the engine development process.Abnormal vibration directly affects the bench test.Abnormal vibration occurred in different engines of a heavy engine bench test.In order to find the cause of abnormal vibration,the abnormal vibration fault tree was established.The bench system was divided into three parts,and the vibration of each part was analyzed.The vibration reduction optimization is carried out by replacing the damping block and connecting shaft,and the vibration is finally controlled within the acceptable range,and the abnormal vibration of the platform is improved.
