摘要
西夏热电有限公司二期2×350 MW锅炉是由上海锅炉厂有限公司制造的SG-1110/25.4型燃煤锅炉,炉后尾部布置一台四分仓回转式空气预热器。自从2018年底投入商业运行以来,发生过多起空预器积灰堵塞事故。针对该情况,以2020年7月初的一次空预器积灰堵塞事故为例,进行详细的系统分析。
Xixia Thermal Power Co.,Ltd.Phase 2×350MW boiler is a SG-1110/25.4 type coal-fired boiler manufactured by Shanghai Boiler Factory Co.,Ltd.A rotary air preheater is arranged at the rear end of the furnace.Since the end of 2018 into commercial operation,there have been many air preheater ash clogging accidents.In view of this situation,this paper makes a detailed systematic analysis of an air preheater ash clogging accident in early July 2020.
