摘要
对某小区一台在用电梯进行年度检验中发现电梯曳引轮轮缘破损。通过对曳引轮轮槽破损部位进行断口宏观和微观形貌分析、化学成分分析以及硬度测试,分析了曳引轮失效原因。结果表明:曳引轮制造中选用材料和硬度符合曳引轮制造要求,造成断裂的原因是电梯运行过程中曳引轮受到了较大的冲击载荷。
It was found that the flange of the elevator traction wheel was damaged,in the annual inspection of an elevator in use in a residential area.The failure reason of traction wheel was analyzed by analyzing the macro and micro morphology of fracture,chemical composition and hardness of the damaged part of traction wheel groove.The results show that the material and groove surface hardness meet the requirements of traction wheel manufacturing,and the reason for the fracture is that the traction wheel is damaged due to the large impact load during the operation of the elevator.
