摘要
分析防刺穿钢板底样套料工艺,设计用于钢板底样激光加工的专用床身,实现了激光切割后从下方下料,并通过传送带将其转移至下一个工位进行后续加工。此床身下料的设计思路独创,相比目前的下料方式,经济性更好,可靠性更高,具有显著的经济效益。
The trepanning process of anti-piercing steel plate bottom sample is analyzed,and a special lathe bed for laser processing of steel plate bottom sample is designed.After laser cutting,the lathe bed is unloaded from the bottom,and then transferred to the next station for subsequent processing by conveyor belt.The design idea of the lathe bed blanking mode is original,and compared with the current blanking mode,the lathe bed blanking method has better economy,higher reliability and remarkable economic benefit.
