摘要
主要研究轴类零件的仿真加工,通过三维软件对轴类零件进行实体造型,制定数控加工工艺和生成加工程序,将其导入Swansoft中对零件进行数控仿真加工。实验结果表明,仿真加工可以有效避免撞刀和工件过切等现象,同时可以通过调整合理的切削用量参数,保证工件加工精度和表面质量,以提高加工效率。
This paper mainly focus on the simulation machining of shaft parts.Specifically,the shaft parts are firstly modeled by three-dimensional software,then the numerical control machining technology is formulated,and the processing program is generated.Finally,the processing program is imported into Swansoft for CNC simulation machining of the parts.Experimental results show that simulation machining can effectively avoid the occurrence of tool bumping and workpiece overcutting,etc.At the same time,by adjusting reasonable cutting parameters,the machining accuracy and surface quality of the workpiece can be ensured to improve machining efficiency.
