Development and Application of Automatic Steel Strip Rolling and Welding Mechanism

通过分析传统钢带卷圆焊接过程中存在的问题,对比不同钢带卷圆结构的特点,确定了钢带卷圆结构的居中定位方案和焊接方案,并设计了自动焊接控制系统。结果表明,全自动钢带卷圆焊接机构的研发和应用,解决了管桩生产中钢带卷圆焊接的难题。

By analyzing the problems existing in the process of traditional steel strip circle welding and comparing the characteristics of different steel strip circle structures,the middle positioning scheme and welding scheme of steel strip circle structure are determined,and the welding control system is designed.The results show that the development and application of automatic steel strip circle welding mechanism can solve the problem of steel strip circle welding in pipe pile production.
