减重支持系统训练联合低频脉冲治疗对卒中后偏瘫的干预效果

Intervention Effect of Weight Loss Support System Training Combined with Low Frequency Pulse Therapy on Hemiplegia After Stroke

目的观察减重支持系统训练联合低频脉冲治疗对卒中后偏瘫的干预效果。方法选取2018年7月至2020年6月鲁山县人民医院接收的98例卒中后偏瘫患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方案分为联合组与低频组,各49例。低频组接受低频脉冲治疗仪治疗,联合组基于低频组加用减重支持系统训练。统计对比两组干预前、干预1个月肌力状况、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评估量表(FMAS)和Barthel指数(BI)评分。结果干预1个月联合组肌力状况优于低频组(P<0.05);干预1个月联合组BI评分、FMAS评分均高于低频组(P<0.05)。结论减重支持系统训练联合低频脉冲治疗仪治疗卒中后偏瘫患者,可增强肌力,改善下肢运动能力,并提高日常生活能力。

Objective To observe the intervention effect of weight loss support system training combined with low frequency pulse therapy on hemiplegia after stroke.Methods A total of 98 patients with post-stroke hemiplegia received from Lushan People’s Hospital from July 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the treatment plan,they were divided into combination group and low-frequency group,with 49 cases in each group.Low-frequency group received low-frequency pulse therapy treatment,and combination group was based on low-frequency group plus weight loss support system training.The muscle strength status,Fugl-Meyer motor function assessment scale(FMAS)score and Barthel index(BI)score were statistically compared between the two groups before intervention and one month after intervention.Results One month after intervention,the muscle strength of combined group was better than that of low frequency group(P<0.05).One month after intervention,the BI score and FMAS score of combined group were higher than those of low frequency group(P<0.05).Conclusion Weight loss support system training combined with low-frequency pulse therapy in the treatment of patients with post-stroke hemiplegia can increase muscle strength,enhance lower limb exercise ability and improve the ability of daily living.
