坤草芪莲汤合六味地黄汤辅助治疗糖尿病并发尿微量蛋白患者的效果

Effect of Kuncao Qilian Decoction and Liuwei Dihuang Decoction in Adjuvant Treatment of Diabetes Complicated with Urinary Microprotein

目的探讨坤草芪莲汤合六味地黄汤辅助治疗糖尿病并发尿微量蛋白患者的效果。方法选取杞县人民医院2019年3月至2021年1月收治的114例糖尿病并发尿微量蛋白患者,按照随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各57例。对照组接受马来酸依那普利片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用坤草芪莲汤合六味地黄汤辅助治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后中医证候积分、血清肌酐(Scr)、24小时尿蛋白定量、内生肌酐清除率(Ccr)和24小时尿微量蛋白排泄量。结果观察组总有效率(92.98%)较对照组(78.95%)高(P<0.05);治疗后观察组中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组Ccr高于对照组,Scr、24小时尿蛋白定量、24小时尿微量蛋白排泄量低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论坤草芪莲汤合六味地黄汤辅助治疗糖尿病并发尿微量蛋白患者效果显著,可有效促使症状改善,降低Scr水平,提高Ccr及肾功能。

Objective To explore the curative effect of Kuncao Qilian Decoction and Liuwei Dihuang Decoction in adjuvant treatment of diabetic patients with urinary microprotein.Methods A total of 114 diabetic patients with urinary microprotein in Qi County People’s Hospital from March 2019 to January 2021 were selected and divided into control group(57 cases)and observation group(57 cases)according to the random number table method.Control group received the treatment of enalapril maleate tablets,and observation group was supplemented with Kuncao Qilian Decoction and Liuwei Dihuang Decoction on the basis of control group.The curative effect,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores before and after treatment,serum creatinine(Scr),24-hour urine protein quantification,creatinine clearance rate(Ccr)and 24-hour urine microprotein excretion were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate(92.98%)of observation group was higher than that(78.95%)of control group(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score of observation group after treatment was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The Ccr of observation group was higher than that of control group after treatment(P<0.05).The Scr,24-hour urine protein quantification and 24-hour urine microprotein excretion were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Kuncao Qilian Decoction and Liuwei Dihuang Decoction has a significant effect in adjuvant treatment of diabetic patients with urinary microprotein,which can effectively promote symptom improvement,reduce Scr level,improve Ccr and renal function.
