有机酸对铜绿微囊藻生长及光合色素的影响 被引量:4

摘要 以水华常见优势种铜绿微囊藻为试验材料,研究不同浓度丁二酸、香草酸与肉桂酸这3种有机酸对铜绿微囊藻生长及光合色素的影响。结果表明:有机酸对铜绿微囊藻生长的抑制作用随着处理浓度的增加而增强,丁二酸、香草酸与肉桂酸对铜绿微囊藻的最大抑制率达到98.63%、48.06%和96.70%,抑制作用大小排序为肉桂酸>丁二酸>香草酸;丁二酸、香草酸及肉桂酸作用下,铜绿微囊藻叶绿素a含量、藻胆蛋白各组分均有一定损伤,且藻蓝蛋白与别藻蓝蛋白受损程度较藻红蛋白重。有机酸通过作用于藻类光合系统Ⅱ反应中心,抑制藻类光合作用,从而抑制藻类生长。在实际应用有机酸控藻时,应注意施用的有机酸种类与浓度。 Microcystis aeruginosa,a common dominant species of blooms,was used as a test material to study the effects of different concentrations,three organic acids such as succinic acid,vanillic acid and cinnamic acid on the growth and photosynthetic pigments of Microcystis aeruginosa.The results showed that the inhibition effect of organic acids on the growth of Microcystis aeruginosa increased with the increase of the treatment concentration,and the maximum inhibition rates of succinic acid,vanillic acid and cinnamic acid on Microcystis aeruginosa reached 98.63%,48.06%and 96.70%,respectively,but in general,the order for inhibition was cinnamic acid>succinic acid>vanillic acid;under the action of succinic acid,vanillic acid and cinnamic acid,the content of chlorophyll a and microbial protein of Microcystis aeruginosa were all damaged,and the damage to phycocyanin and allophycocyanin was heavier than that of phycoerythrin.Organic acids acted on the reaction center of the algae photosynthesis system II to inhibit the photosynthesis of algae,thereby inhibiting the algae growth.In the practical application of organic acid algae control,attention should be paid to the type and concentration of organic acid applied.
