Emergency Broadcast Practice Based on Provincial Synchronized FM Network Transmission

应急广播的主要特点在于及时准确播发应急信息,因此须对应急广播传输覆盖链路进行冗余建设。基于省级调频同步网传输的应急广播系统是充分利用现有广播电视覆盖资源,以最小的投入实现基于国家应急广播标准的省级调频应急广播,实现省级调频同步网传输应用的自主创新。

The feature of Emergency Broadcast System(EBS) is to broadcast emergency information in a timely and accurate manner. For this reason, a backup construction of the emergency broadcast transmission coverage system is imperative. Established upon the existing provincial synchronized FM broadcast, this emergency broadcast system utilizes fully the existing set of radio and television broadcasting resources to realize a provincial FM emergency broadcast that is in accordance with the national emergency broadcast standard. With minimum investment, this system realizes an independent innovation of the application in this area.
