基于主动运维质量评价体系的精准网优设计

摘要 通过接入网主动运维及质量评价系统,改变地市级广电网络公司以往网优网改目标区域依赖各广电站人工上报以及主观判断的弊端,通过主动运维系统数据采集,变被动维修为主动维护,对网优前后参数比对,建立科学的网优效果评价体系,使基础网络质量得到质的提升。 Through the active operation and maintenance and quality evaluation system of the access network, the disadvantages of the company’s previous network optimization and network reform target area relying on the manual reporting and subjective judgment of each radio and television station are changed. Through the data collection of the active operation and maintenance system, the passive maintenance is changed into active maintenance. Through the parameter comparison before and after the network optimization, a scientific network optimization effect evaluation system is established, the quality of basic network is improved.
