摘要
目的研究云黄连根的化学成分。方法云黄连根茎甲醇提取物乙酸乙酯部位采用硅胶柱、薄层色谱和制备型HPLC进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。结果从中分离得到14个化合物,分别鉴定为methyl orsellinate(1)、7⁃hydroxy⁃6⁃methoxy⁃2H⁃1⁃benzopyran⁃2⁃one(2)、豆甾⁃4⁃烯⁃3⁃酮(3)、阿魏酸甲酯(4)、berbithine(5)、3,5,7⁃三羟基⁃6,8⁃二甲基黄酮(6)、3,4⁃二羟基苯乙醇(7)、8⁃oxyberberine(8)、药根碱(9)、巴马汀(10)、表小檗碱(11)、小檗碱(12)、coptisonine(13)、黄连碱(14)。结论化合物1~4为首次从该植物中分离得到。
AIM To study the chemical constituents from the roots of Coptis teeta Wall.METHODS The ethyl acetate fraction of methanol extract from the roots of C.teeta was isolated and purified by silica column,thin⁃layer chromatography and preparative HPLC,then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.RESULTS Fourteen compounds were isolated and identified as methyl orsellinate(1),7⁃hydroxy⁃6⁃methoxy⁃2H⁃1⁃benzopyran⁃2⁃one(2),stigmastero⁃4⁃en⁃3⁃one(3),methyl ferulate(4),berbithine(5),3,5,7⁃trihydroxy⁃6,8⁃dimethylflavone(6),3,4⁃dihydroxyphenylethanol(7),8⁃oxyberberine(8),jatrorrhizine(9),palmatine(10),epiberberine(11),berberine(12),coptisonine(13),coptis alkaloid(14).CONCLUSION Compounds 1-4 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
