Frontier Advances on Research and Application of Inactivated Lactic Bacteria

乳酸菌是一种有益于宿主健康的益生菌。近年来随着对乳酸菌的深入研究,研究者发现灭活状态的乳酸菌在生理功能和应用中具备更大优势。灭活乳酸菌是指通过物理或化学手段杀死不再具有生长繁殖能力的乳酸菌。其在吸附毒素、黏附病原菌、增强肠黏膜屏障功能及调控肠道菌群等方面发挥重要作用,在畜禽生产中具有较大应用潜力。文章就灭活乳酸菌主要生理功能及其作用机制进行综述,并探讨了灭活乳酸菌作为畜禽饲料添加剂的应用前景,旨在为灭活乳酸菌作为新型饲料添加剂提供理论指导。

Lactic acid bacteria(LAB)is defined as one kind of probiotic which is beneficial to the host.Considerate published evidences showed that inactivated LAB have more advantages on physiological func⁃tion and application than that of live LAB.The inactivated LAB can be achieved by physical or chemical methods.Recent studies have shown that inactivated LAB is able to confer beneficial effects,mainly the elimination of mycotoxins,adhesion pathogenic,function enhancement of intestinal mucosal barrier and regulation of microbial populations,with great potentials for application in livestock and poultry produc⁃tion.The main biological functions of inactivated LAB and its possible action mechanisms were discussed in this paper.Moreover,the application of inactivat⁃ed LAB as feed additive for livestock and poultry was discussed,aiming to provide theoretical guid⁃ance for inactivated LAB as a new feed additive.
