In the digital age,seizing the first-mover advantage of digital economy is a strategic choice for the great powers to participate the international gaming.Europe,Japan and Republic of Korea have already accumulated experiences and advantages at digital economic development.Now,to reach the aim of gradually dovetailing their respective spheres of influence to form a larger"digital sphere of interests",Europe,Japan and Republic of Korea are accelerating the construction of domestic digital economy policy system,and actively seizing the global digital trade rule-making power by international cooperation.Those countries'digital policy stance and related reform process have important inspirations for China's development of digital industry and participation in digital international cooperation.The US and Europe hold different standpoint on digital governance,we should take their differences as advantage to strengthen Sino-European cooperation in digital cooperation,thus,boost our digital trade.At the same time,we should closely follow the trends of digital trade policy in Japan and Republic of Korea,for the purpose of promoting policy system construction and institutional innovation,and establishing a governance system consistent with the development of China digital economy.
