近10年我国护理人员离职研究的可视化分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的:分析近10年我国护理人员离职相关研究的现状、热点与趋势。方法:检索中国知网2010年—2020年发表的护理人员离职相关文献,采用CiteSpace对10年的发文量、相关文献的作者、机构、关键词进行可视化分析。结果:共纳入666篇文献,研究发现,10年文献发表量呈增长—稳定—下降的趋势。部分作者间合作较密切,区域内机构合作相对较多,跨区域机构间合作较少。共对325个关键词进行了聚类分析,形成了涉及4个方面的9个聚类标签。突现词分析发现,从职业发展的内在激励因素“职业认同”“职业获益感”“心理契约”等角度关注护士离职问题是该领域研究的前沿与趋势。另外,重症监护室护理人员是近期离职领域研究新的关注人群。结论:近10年来护理人员离职相关研究比较全面且系统,但应加强跨区域研究机构间的合作,以形成资源共享、优势互补的深入的离职领域研究。从积极心理学的角度关注护士离职问题是该领域的研究趋势。另外,该领域研究应重视护理人员中特定群体的离职问题。 Objective:To analyze the current status,hot spots and development trends of Nursing staff turnover in the field in China in recent ten years.Methods:The relevant papers published from 2010 to 2020 were retrieved from the CNKI database.Visualization analysis was carried out for the number of the papers publication,the authors,institutions,high-frequency Keywords and burst terms of related papers using CiteSpace.Results:A total of 666 papers were included,the research showed that the number of the related papers published with an increasing-stable-decreasing trend.Some authors cooperated with each other closely.There was more intra-regional cooperation and less inter-regional cooperation.The 325 Keywords were clustered to form 9 groups which involved four aspects.Focusing on the nurses′internal motivation factors such as"professional identity""sense of professional benefit"and"psychological contract"was the frontier and trend of the research in this field.In addition,more attention had been paid to the ICU nurses recently.Conclusions:In the recent ten years,researches related to nursing staff turnover were comprehensive and systematic.However,cooperation among cross-regional research institutions should be strengthened so as to form an in-depth turnover study on resource sharing and complementary advantages.Research on nursing staff turnover from the perspective of positive psychology was the current trend.In addition,the research in this field should pay attention to the turnover of specific groups of nursing staff.
