摘要
磷复肥的造粒粒度是影响最终产品质量的重要因素,目前尚无理想的造粒粒度在线检测分析方法,为解决该问题,使用机器视觉技术、高速相机对磷复肥造粒颗粒进行快速抓拍,利用自行开发的图像处理软件对颗粒粒径特征进行采集,最终形成一套高速、高精度粒度在线分析算法,并将基于该算法的颗粒粒径采集软件应用于江西新洋丰股份有限公司造粒车间1号生产线上,根据平均粒径和成品粒径的合理占比实时控制造粒蒸汽阀门开度,取得了较好的粒度在线分析效果。
The granulation particle size of phosphate compound fertilizer is a critical factor affecting the quality of final product.There has not been a proper manner for online determination and analysis of the particle size.In order to solve this problem,this paper focus on application of machine vision technology and high-speed camera in rapid photographing of the particles of phosphate compound fertilizer and uses of the image processing software developed by ourselves to collect the particle size characteristics,and finally a set of high-speed and high-precision online particle size analytical algorithm was established.The particle size determination software based on the algorithm has been employed in production line No.1 of granulation plant of Jiangxi Xinyangfeng Co.,Ltd.,where real time control of steam valve can be achieved as per the appropriate ratio of averaged particle size to final product particle size and resulted in encouraging online particle size analysis performance.
