摘要
采用离散元素法,对一种建筑环保材料生产所用的混合设备离心搅拌机,以工作过程中脱硫石膏和粉煤灰两种主要原材料为研究对象,通过设定材料参数、运动条件,构建离散元素模型,利用EDEM软件进行仿真分析,研究了离心搅拌机的混合特性,得到两种原材料在离心搅拌机中的混合情况。通过分析仿真结果,验证了离心搅拌机快速混合的工作原理,可以有效地指导工业生产。
In this paper,the discrete element method is used to study the mixing characteristics of centrifugal mixer,which is a kind of mixing equipment used in the production of building environmental protection materials.Taking the desulfurization gypsum and fly ash as the research objects,the discrete element model was established by setting the material parameters and movement conditions.EDEM software is used to simulate and analyze the mixing characteristics of the centrifugal mixer,and the mixing situation of two kinds of raw materials in the centrifugal mixer is obtained.Through the analysis of the simulation results,the working principle of the centrifugal mixer is verified,which can effectively guide the industrial production.
