婴幼儿谷类辅助食品开封后水分活度的变化及安全性评价

摘要 本研究通过跟踪市售知名品牌的婴幼儿谷类辅助食品开封后1个月内存放在不同温度条件下的水分活度值变化,同时对比添加益生菌和不含益生菌的产品的水分活度值变化趋势,评价婴幼儿食品的安全性,为婴幼儿辅助食品的家长喂食方法、企业生产加工方法和保质期确定提供一定的理论依据。
