地铁车辆高压细水雾灭火技术研究

Research on high-pressure water mist fire extinguishing technology for metro vehicle

基于地铁车辆火灾的产生原因、特点、危险性分析以及对灭火系统的需求,给出地铁车辆主动灭火系统设计的基本要求;根据GB 50898-2013《细水雾灭火系统技术规范》、ARGE指南第2部分和NFPA 750-2019《细水雾消防系统规范》设计出适用于地铁车辆的高压细水雾灭火系统,并对该系统的设计原理、结构功能、应用等做详细阐述;最后以A型地铁列车车厢作为模拟对象,开展该灭火系统的灭火性能试验。试验结果表明,该灭火系统的控火、灭火、降温效果显著,从而论证其在地铁车辆上应用的安全性和可行性。

Based on the causes,characteristics,risk analysis of metro vehicle fire and the demands for fire extinguishing system,the basic requirements for the design of a metro vehicle’s active fire extinguishing system are given.Then,according to GB 50898-2013 Technical Specification for Water Mist Fire Extinguishing System,ARGE Guidelinepart 2 and NFPA 750-2019 Standard on Water Mist Fire Protection Systems,a high-pressure water mist fire extinguishing system suitable for metro is devised.The design principle,structure function and application method of the system are detailly described.Finally,taking the A-type metro vehicle as the mock object,the fire extinguishing performance test for metro vehicles is carried out.The test results show that the fire extinguishing system has signifi cant fire controlling,including extinguishing and cooling effects.The safety and feasibility of the fire extinguishing system in metro vehicles are demonstrated and verified.
