中日韩合作秘书处成立10周年--新的10年再创新局面

Looking Ahead to the Next 10 Years-In Honor of the 10th Anniversary of the China-Japan-ROK Trilateral Cooperation Secretariat(TCS)

1999年11月,时任中国国务院总理朱镕基、日本首相小渊惠三、韩国总统金大中在东盟与中日韩(10+3)领导人会议期间的一场早餐会上,启动了中日韩合作进程。2011年9月,为加强三国合作关系,促进东亚地区和平、稳定与繁荣,根据三国政府签署的《关于建立中日韩合作秘书处的协议》,中日韩合作秘书处(TCS)在韩国首尔正式成立。

The second decade of the trilateral cooperation mechanism featuring China,Japan,and the Republic of Korea will definitely be one of historic importance for the world.In November 1999,at a breakfast meeting during the ASEAN Plus Three Summit,then Chinese Premier Zhu Rongji,Japanese Prime Minister Keizo Obuchi,and ROK President Kim Dae-jung agreed to launch a trilateral cooperation mechanism.In September 2011,the TCS was officially established in Seoul,capital of the ROK,according to an agreement signed by the three governments seeking to strengthen cooperation and promote peace,stability,and prosperity in East Asia.
