流程图式联合CBL在儿科规培中的研究与应用

摘要 目的探讨流程图式联合CBL教学方法在儿科住院医师规范化培训中的应用。方法将我院2015、2016届18名儿科住院医师规范化培训学生作为对照组,采用LBL教学方法;2017届20名儿科住院医师规范化培训学生作为试验组,采用流程图式联合CBL教学方法,通过出科考试及多站式考核考试成绩和问卷调查两方面进行教学效果评价进行比较。结果试验组住院医师规范化培训学生病案分析及出科考试平均总成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);问卷调查结果显示试验组住院医师规范化培训学员在提高规培生学习主观能动性、提高临床发散思维能力、培养查阅文献能力等方面高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论流程图式联合CBL教学方法在儿科住院医师规范化培训中应用效果良好。 Objective To explore the application of process schema combined with CBL teaching method in standardized training for pediatric residents.Methods 18 pediatric residents of our hospital in 2015 and 2016 were selected as the control group and LBL teaching method was adopted.As the experimental group,20 students of standardized training for pediatric residents in 2017 adopted process schema combined with CBL teaching method to evaluate and compare the teaching effect through examination results,multi-station examination and questionnaire survey.Results The average score of medical record analysis and entrance examination of residents in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The results of the questionnaire showed that the standardized training students of resident physicians in the experimental group were higher than the control group in improving the subjective initiative of learning,improving the ability of divergent thinking in clinical practice and cultivating the ability of literature review,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Process schema combined with CBL teaching method has a good effect in the standardized training of pediatric residents.
