以ERAS理念为中心的CBL教学法在肝胆胰教学中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨在实施肝胆胰外科临床教学期间分析以ERAS理念为中心CBL教学法应用可行性。方法将我院2019年2月—2020年5月实习的70名肝胆胰外科学生进行奇偶法分组;教学组(35名):采用以ERAS理念为中心CBL教学法完成临床教学;参照组(35名):采用传统教学法完成临床教学;就组间学生问卷调查结果(知识理解能力提高、学习兴趣提高、认可教学方式以及思维能力提高比例)、学生成绩(病例分析、理论知识、肝胆胰外科基本技能)、学生满意度(教师专业性、教师态度、教师细致性、教学过程互动)评分展开对比。结果教学组肝胆胰外科实习生知识理解能力提高比例、学习兴趣提高比例、认可教学方式比例以及思维能力提高比例均高于参照组明显(P<0.05);教学组肝胆胰外科实习生病例分析得分、理论知识、肝胆胰外科基本技能评分均高于参照组明显(P<0.05);教学组肝胆胰外科实习生教师专业性评分、教师态度评分、教师细致性评分、教学过程互动评分均高于参照组明显(P<0.05)。结论以ERAS理念为中心CBL教学法有效运用,可使肝胆胰外科实习生知识理解能力提高、学习兴趣提高、认可教学方式以及思维能力提高比例显著增加,并且将学生成绩以及学生满意度有效提升,最终实现肝胆胰外科实习生综合素质以及专业水平显著提升。 Objective To explore the feasibility of ERAS-centered CBL teaching method in clinical teaching of hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery.Methods 70 hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery interns in our hospital from February 2019 to May 2020 were divided into odd and even groups.Teaching group(35 students):ERAS-centered CBL method was adopted to complete clinical teaching;Reference group(35 students):complete clinical teaching with traditional teaching method and the student questionnaire(knowledge,learning interest to improve understanding ability raise,recognition teaching method and thinking ability improve ratio),student performance(case analysis,the basic theoretical knowledge,Hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery surgery skill),student satisfaction(teachers,teachers attitude,meticulous,professional teaching process interaction)and score were compared.Results In the teaching group,the proportion of knowledge understanding ability,learning interest,recognition of teaching methods and thinking ability improvement of interns in hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of case analysis,theoretical knowledge and basic skills of hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery interns in the teaching group were significantly higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Teachers'professional score,teachers'attitude score,teachers'carefulness score and teaching process interaction score in the teaching group were significantly higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Effective application of ERAS-centered CBL teaching in hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery can significantly improve Hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery surgical interns’knowledge,learning interest,understanding ability,recognition teaching method and thinking ability,and will effectively improve student achievement and student satisfaction.Such a teaching method consequently improve hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery surgical interns’comprehensive quality and professional levels.
