摘要
目的探讨多元化教学模式在心外科护生教学中的应用效果。方法选择2019年1—12月在心外科实习护生118名作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,分别为59名。观察组进行以学生为中心的多元化教学模式,对照组进行以教师为中心的常规教学模式。比较两组护生的综合能力、护生对教学效果的赞成率及护生的核心胜任力评分。结果观察组理论成绩和操作成绩评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组学生对教学效果各个方面的赞成率均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护生核心胜任力各个维度和总分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多元化教学模式提高心外科护生的综合能力,提高护生对教学效果的赞成率和护生的核心胜任力。
Objective To explore the application effect of diversified teaching models in the teaching of cardiology nursing students,and to provide a reference for clinical nursing teaching model.Methods From January to December 2019,118 internship students in cardiac surgery were selected as the research object.They were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 59 students respectively.The observation group carried out a student-centered diversified teaching model,and the control group carried out a teacher-centered conventional teaching model.The comprehensive ability of the two groups of nursing students,the approval rate of the nursing students to the teaching effect and the core competence score of the nursing students were compared.Results The scores of the theoretical and operational scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The students'approval rate of all aspects of teaching effect of the observation group were higher than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).All dimensions and total scores of core competence of nursing students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The diversified teaching model improved the comprehensive ability of nursing students in cardiac surgery,improved the approval rate of nursing students on the teaching effect and the core competence of nursing students.
