内分泌临床带教中CBL结合PBL的双轨教学法的研究 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨CBL联合PBL的双轨教学法在内分泌科科临床教学中的应用教学效果。方法选取2019年1—12月我院内分泌科84名实习生。以随机数字法方式进行分组。常规组采取传统教育方式。试验组采取CBL联合PBL的双轨教学方式。通过课堂专业知识测试和课下调查问卷的方法,对学生在内分泌临床实习的最终效果进行比较与分析。结果同既往的传统方法教学组比较,PBL联合CBL教学组专业知识考试和学生认可度与满意度均明显升高,结果有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CBL联合PBL的双轨教学法能提高学习效率、增强学生对内分泌专业的学习兴趣,更好的培养学生的临床分析能力,提高解决临床实际问题的能力。组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在内分泌科临床教学中应用CBL联合PBL的双轨教学法教学效果更显著,更适用于临床实习生的教育方式,有利于提高教学效果和学生综合素质,在以后的临床工作中,能提高自主学习意识,提高学习效率。 Objective To explore the application of CBL combined with PBL in clinical teaching of Endocrinology.Methods 84 interns of Endocrinology Department of our hospital from January to December 2019 were selected.They were grouped by random number method.The conventional group was given traditional education.The experimental group adopted the dual track teaching method of CBL combined with PBL.By means of classroom professional knowledge test and questionnaire after class,the final effect of students'clinical practice in endocrinology was compared and analyzed.Results Compared with the traditional method teaching group,PBL combined with CBL teaching group had significantly higher professional knowledge examination and students'recognition and satisfaction,and the results were statistically significant(P<0.05).The dual track teaching method of CBL combined with PBL can improve the learning efficiency,enhance the students'interest in the study of Endocrinology,better cultivate the students'clinical analysis ability,and improve the ability to solve practical clinical problems.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of CBL combined with PBL dual track teaching method in clinical teaching of endocrinology has more significant teaching effect and is more suitable for clinical interns,which is conducive to improving the teaching effect and students'comprehensive quality.In the future clinical work,it can improve the awareness of autonomous learning and improve the learning efficiency.
