CTU形式的教学查房在呼吸内科临床教学中的效果研究

Research on the Effect of Teaching Ward Round Based on CTU in Clinical Teaching of Respiratory Medicine

目的通过与传统临床教学查房比较,探讨CTU形式的教学查房在临床教学中的应用价值。方法选取2017年12月—2019年6月在遵义医科大学附属医院呼吸内科轮转的规培学员共80人为研究对象,试验组(n=40),进行CTU查房;对照组(n=40),进行传统查房,比较试验组和对照组的查房效果。结果试验组规培学员在临床思维能力、教学能力、自主学习能力、沟通能力方面的提高均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组规培学员对教学方法及带教教师的满意度与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论CTU形式的教学查房有助于增强规培学员内在学习动力,提高自主学习能力,有助于提高规培学员综合能力,值得在呼吸内科临床教学中应用。

Objective To compare with traditional clinical teaching rounds to explore the application value of CTUbased teaching rounds in clinical teaching.Methods 80 participants joining in resident standardization training from December 2017 to June 2019 at department of respiratory medicine in the affiliated hospital of Zunyi medical college were selected as the study objects,and they were randomly divided into two groups,teaching rounds in the form of CTU are the experimental group(n=40),using traditional teaching rounds as the control group(n=40),compared two groups of learning.Results The improvement in clinical thinking ability,teaching ability,autonomous learning ability and communication ability of the experimental group training students were better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the students'satisfaction with teaching methods and teachers(P>0.05).Conclusion The teaching rounds in the form of CTU can help strengthen the internal learning motivation of the trainees and improve their independent learning ability.
