摘要
随着我国经济高速发展和国际影响力的不断提升以及医学高等教育的国际化,来华留学生的人数逐渐增多,如何提升留学生的教学质量已成为各大医学院校思考的重点。对留学生学习效果进行准确和客观评价是提升教学质量的重要手段之一。教考分离是促进教学质量提高的主要措施之一,而建立试题库则是做好教考分离工作的重要基础。建立留学生考试题库是医学院校的考试管理走向现代化、规范化、科学化的必然途径。文章从试题指标体系、学生认识能力各层次的分布、教学要求不同程度的比例、题型的比例、得分值,答题时间和试题难度分级及比例等介绍本校留学生解剖学试题库建设的体会。
With the rapid economic development,continuous improvement of international influence in China,the number of international students is gradually increasing.How to improve the teaching quality of international students has become the main topic for medical colleges and universities.It is one of the important means to improve the quality of teaching to evaluate the learning effects of foreign students accurately and objectively.The separation of teaching and examination is one of the main measures to improve the quality of teaching,and to establish test database is an important basis for the separation of teaching and examination.It is an inevitable way for medical colleges to set up the examination question bank of international students so as to modernize,standardize and scientize the examination management.The present study summarized the experience of the construction of the international students'anatomy test bank from the aspects of the index system of the test questions,the distribution of the students'cognitive ability,the proportion of different teaching requirements,the proportion of the test types,the score value,the time of answering questions,the classification and proportion of the difficulty of the test questions in Chongqing Medical University.
