湿敷配合激光治疗糖尿病合并疖痈临床疗效分析

Analysis on the Clinical Curative Effect of Wet Compress and Laser in the Treatment of Diabetes Mellitus Complicated with Carbuncle

目的对湿敷与激光相结合在糖尿病合并疖痈治疗中的临床运用效果情况加以观察及探究。方法选择该院自2020年2月—2021年1月所接诊的糖尿病合并疖痈患者88例作为观察对象,按随机数表法将其分作常规组与观察组,每组44例。对常规组患者采取常规治疗措施,对观察组患者采取湿敷+激光治疗。对上述两组患者的治疗效果情况进行观察与分析。结果观察组患者治疗后的总有效率(95.45%)明显高于常规组患者(81.82%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.062,P<0.05);观察组患者治疗1、2周后的轻度伤口感染比例(43.18%、52.27%)均高于常规组患者(31.82%、38.64%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.627、3.905,P<0.05);观察组患者伤口平均愈合时间(10.87±1.75)d明显低于常规组(14.09±3.17)d,差异有统计学意义(t=5.899,P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病合并疖痈患者予以湿敷与激光联合治疗,效果甚佳,能改善患者的症状,加速伤口的愈合,值得在临床上广泛推广。

Objective To observe and explore the clinical application effect of the combination of wet compress and laser in the treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated with carbuncle.Methods A selection of 88 patients with diabetes and carbuncle in the hospital from February 2020 to January 2021 were selected as observation objects,and they were divided into routine group and observation group according to the random number table method,each group had its own 44 patients.Patients in the routine group were treated with conventional treatment measures,and patients in the observation group were treated with wet compress+laser treatment.Observed and analyzed the treatment effect of the above two groups of patients.Results The total effective rate(95.45%)of patients in the observation group after treatment was significantly higher than that of patients in the routine group(81.82%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.062,P<0.05).The proportions of mild wound infections(43.18%,52.27%)after 1,2 weeks were higher than those of the routine group(31.82%,38.64%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.627,3.905,P<0.05);the average wound healing time of the observation group(10.87±1.75)d was significantly lower than that of the routine group(14.09±3.17)d,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.899,P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of wet compress and laser treatment for diabetic patients with furuncle and carbuncle has very good effect,which can improve the symptoms of patients and accelerate the healing of wounds.It is worthy of being widely promoted in clinical practice.
