阿卡波糖联合二甲双胍对糖尿病患者的治疗效果及FPG、2 hPG、HbAlc水平影响评价

Evaluation of the Therapeutic Effect of Acarbose Combined with Metformin on Diabetic Patients and the Influence of FPG,2 hPG and HbAlc Levels

目的探讨阿卡波糖联合二甲双胍对糖尿病患者的治疗效果及对患者血糖指标的影响。方法选取该院2019年1月—2020年10月收治的70例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,采用随机数生成器将其按照入院先后顺序的编号分成对照组、观察组,每组各35例。对照组单纯二甲双胍治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加阿卡波糖进行治疗。比较两组患者血糖控制效果,血糖水平变化及用药安全性。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者血糖水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者FPG、2 hPG、HbAlc指标水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间两组患者未见严重不良反应发生,对照组发生胃肠道反应等不良反应1例,发生率为2.86%,观察组发生胃肠道反应等不良反应2例,发生率5.71%,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阿卡波糖联合二甲双胍治疗糖尿病的疗效理想,能维持血糖水平,减少高血糖对机体血管、脏器的损伤,同时用药安全性较高,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of acarbose combined with metformin on diabetic patients and its influence on the blood glucose index of patients.Methods Seventy patients with type 2 diabetes who were admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects.Random number generators were used to divide them into a control group and an observation group according to the sequence of admission,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metformin alone,and the observation group was treated with acarbose on the basis of the control group.The effect of blood glucose control,blood glucose level changes and medication safety were compared between the two groups of patients.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose levels between the two groups of patients(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of FPG,2 hPG,and HbAlc in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).During the treatment period,no serious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups of patients.In the control group,1 case of gastrointestinal reactions occurred,the incidence was 2.86%,and the observation group had 2 cases of gastrointestinal reactions,the incidence rate was 5.71%.The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Acarbose combined with metformin has an ideal curative effect in the treatment of diabetes.It can maintain blood glucose levels and reduce the damage of hyperglycemia to the blood vessels and organs of the body.At the same time,the medication is safe and worthy of promotion.
