糖尿病老年患者合并坏疽性阑尾炎的围术期护理探讨

Discussion on Perioperative Nursing of Elderly Diabetic Patients with Gangrenous Appendicitis

目的研究糖尿病老年患者合并坏疽性阑尾炎的围术期护理。方法抽调来自2018年4月—2020年4月期间该院收治的糖尿病老年合并坏疽性阑尾炎患者(86例),将其随机分为两组(各43例),参照组采用常规护理,研究组则运用围术期护理,比较两组情绪、生活质量、不良反应发生率、护理满意率及血糖控制情况。结果在实施护理后,研究组的情绪、生活质量、不良反应发生率、血糖控制情况显著优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病老年合并坏疽性阑尾炎患者运用的围手术期护理,具有增强护理效果,稳定患者血糖的作用,改善患者不适,在临床上显示出卓越成效,值得进一步使用。

Objective To study the perioperative nursing of elderly diabetic patients with gangrenous appendicitis.Methods The diabetic elderly patients with gangrenous appendicitis(86 cases)who were admitted to the hospital from April 2018 to April 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups(43 cases in each).The reference group was treated with routine care,and the study group adopted perioperative nursing,to compare the mood,quality of life,incidence of adverse reactions,satisfaction rate of nursing care and blood sugar control between the two groups.Results After the implementation of nursing care,the study group's mood,quality of life,incidence of adverse reactions,and blood glucose control were significantly better than those of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The perioperative nursing for diabetic elderly patients with gangrenous appendicitis can enhance the nursing effect,stabilize the blood glucose of the patients,and improve the discomfort of the patients.It has shown excellent clinical results and is worthy of further use.
